Day 12 Self-Love Detox Challenge & Minted Pine Juice & Greet The Day Juice Recipes

I have been feeling and looking like this, it's Spring cleaning time and I have been feeling kinda blah because I was super psyched to get started and then we got this snow storm. It's April & it feels and looks like January again. I like winter but there is a point where I need to have some warmth so I can get back to my outdoor walking routine. Cold, wet, and dangerous ice make that a no-go.
It's been cold, grey, drab, and yuckie. As such, I have been keeping busy with blogging and checking out some new ideas.
I am committing to tidying my work space this week and I am doing loads of reading and YouTube watching on getting minimal. There is a new lifestyle trend called Minimalist Living & I must admit, I find it fascinating and utterly appealing.
Over the next while I am going to make this happen, as I need less, to focus on what really matters, & to eliminate what no longer serves a positive purpose in my life.
Living space downsizing is a great way to get there!
More on this another day, I am still learning about it and I have added homesteading/gardening stuff too, so there's room to grow.(Pardon the pun.)
For now, I have some yummy juices for you to try out!

MINTED PINE JUICE

Ingredients:
2 Cups Pineapple
2 Stalks Celery
2 Lettuce leaves

The next juice is so tasty that we make a double batch and drink it up during the day. You'll like it that much too!
