Why, hello again.
I am posting this winter boost of a juice that I had with my yummy brunch this morning. It does not really have pepper in it but it gets a peppery kick from the large amount of ginger I put in. I have been having some digestive issues & want to boost my immune system anywhere I can. It's a slight variation on an earlier recipe, the addition of fennel is another way to aid digestion. So here you are:
PEPPERY KICK WINTER ORANGE JUICE:
4 juicing oranges
4 apples
2 carrots
1/4 bulb fennel
1 BIG knob ginger (less if you don't like it too strong)
Run all through the juicer and serve chilled over ice. Makes 2 servings.
