Good morning lovelies!
In honour of yesterday being world vegan day, I am posting this super easy smoothie recipe.
If you don't like seeds when you eat or drink, I recommend adding a bit more almond milk and straining the smoothie when done. Blackberries are notorious for lots a seeds but they give a nice purple colour and taste to this drink. Gimme some of that purple stuff! Enjoy!
BLACKBERRY CHARM SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 handful blackberries
1 peeled apple chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp organic coconut oil
1 large tsp almond butter
1 1/2 Cups almond milk
1 scoop favourite protein, hemp is great!
Method:
Throw all in blender, whip for 20 seconds and enjoy!
