Apple Spirulina Protein Fat Bombs

Bonjour one and all,
I am finally posting the recipe I promised for these healthy snacks.
Warmer weather is coming and it's time to smash junk food.

These are really easy and no bake, I used loads of nuts with healthy oil and some great superfoods!

APPLE, SPIRULINA PROTEIN FAT BOMBS

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup pecans chopped fine
1 Cup ground walnuts
1/8 Cup ground organic golden flax
1/4 Cup ground organic tigernuts
1/8 Cup Organic coconut flour
1/8 Cup organic hemp hearts
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 Scoop vegan vanilla protein
Pinch pink sea salt
1/2 tsp Spirulina
3/4 Cups dried apple pieces cut into small cubes
1 Generous tsp organic pumpkin butter
1/4 tsp Walnut oil
2 tsp Organic coconut oil
1/4 Cup date paste (recipe link below)
2 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla

Method:
-Place all dry in a bowl, mix
-Add wet to dry and mix well
-Using a scooper, scoop small size balls and chill on parchment lined tray in freezer for 10 minutes.
-Place in airtight container, 1 week in fridge or 1 month in freezer.

I used my Excalibur dehydrator to dehydrate some apples that I had cut into medium dice which shrunk down to perfect little bites for these bombs. If you don't have a dehydrator you can use pre-bought dried apples and cut them yourself or exchange for dried raisins or cranberries.

I like these really cold, so I keep them frozen and eat them straight out the freezer. They're perfect for breakfast and for pre or post workouts, and the kids really like them too!
