In the process of moving so recipes are few and far between for the next little while, but this is a really tasty treat that is easy and quick. Enjoy!
Kale Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 Cup frozen mango
-1/2 Cup frozen peach
-1/2 Banana fresh or frozen
-2 Cups Almond milk
-2 Full kale leaves removed from stalks
(I use black kale cuz it's amazing!)
Method:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
(You may add a scoop of protein if you like)
